This event was short but kind of frustrating, since you needed to complete a Quest to unlock the Striking Fleet and it seems like the maps were balanced for a Striking Fleet.

Same here, if there is no FF for E3P1, I will have to drop difficulty. And it seems P2 is cancer as well.
And heartbreaking to know most of her crew will die when they encounter the ungodly amounts of AA on the event maps.
I...try not to think about it.

Use 2CV1CVL fleet if you have buffed planes. E-3P1 is relatively easy if you have them. If not, kinda painful

I've been trying it with 2CV (Zuikaku, Aquila) 1CVL (Gambier Bay MkII) 1CL (Gotland) 2DD (Janus, Jervis) and... it's not going great. I'm not even getting close to killing the boss. Every sortie seems to end with five ships sent to the dock while I'm lucky if I even put a dent in the boss, and I'm barely doing a thing against the boss's main fleet.

@Kaktus_LataHere is my fleet composition and equipment. Note that you shouldn't send GZ here since she got buff in Phase 2. It was my mistake. Also, my 3rd LBAS is not optimal so send other planes instead of Shinzan.
