スタバ is just the completely normal contraction of Starbucks (スターバックス), it's not a bland-name knockoff or anything.

I knew about the contraction, but the menu on post #4632627 establishes it is spelled differently in English in this author's series, despite the identical pronunciation.

Panel #3 has it written as "WELCOME TO STEBASK" in English. Or possibly "Stebark", the penultimate letter isn't 100% clear. The overall name is conspicuously seven letters though, so it can't be Starbucks.
