I think this perfectly encapsulates engrish text. No native speaker would speak this way, and this is an extremely common mistake of inexperienced non-native speakers.
Awkward though. And English allows sentence-final "dangling" prepositions anyway. It's only a pseudo-rule because some grammarians decided to import Latin grammar rules into English.
