I've found the group this vtuber is a part of, but I'll have to ask that someone who's familiar with Chinese translate the name since they don't seem to have an official English name posted anywhere. The group name is 幻花茶屋, also worth keeping in mind that it's a Hong Kong based group so I'm not sure if it's intended to be read in Mandarin or Cantonese.

IMHO it is likely intended to be Japanese. Genka Chaya.

All the group members have Japanese names for their avatars and the setting is a modern Japanese-style teahouse cafe. It also uses the word 茶屋 for the teahouse, which is usually a Japanese term. Mandarin Chinese prefers the term 茶馆/茶館 for the generic term, with other words like 茶室, 茶亭 and 茶楼/茶樓 being used depending on the size and shape of the premises (茶楼 is used for multi-storied ones). Cantonese also has the word 茶居, a term originating from Canton/Guangdong proper. 茶屋 isn't used as often in Mandarin/Cantonese except as a round-trip translation of English "teahouse" (for more Western-style establishments), or for Japanese or Japanese-styled establishments.

幻花 also sounds like a Japanese proper name. It's used by some real-life Japanese companies, including some restaurants. It can also be used as a(n albeit somewhat uncommon) female personal name. It's far more unusual In Mandarin/Cantonese, where it might sound vaguely Japanese, or maybe like a superhero codename or something from the fantasy Wuxia genre, depending on who you ask.

Though if pinyin Mandarin is preferred, it's Huanhua Chawu. Cantonese... hmm, IIRC Hong Kong doesn't have a consistent romanization scheme, but commercial entities (including restaurants) prefer Sidney Lau Romanization (a more consistent derivative of the unpublished internal system used by the HK government), which will render it as Waan Fa Cha Uk.

The streams are primarily conducted in Cantonese (with usage of some English loanwords as is typical of a HK speaker). There are also some (slightly-accented) Japanese lines. I did hear 幻花茶屋 being pronounced in Cantonese at the end of EP 1. Haven't noticed it being pronounced in Japanese yet.
