What's going on with this picture? The leg closest to the viewer looks super weird and like it's from something else entirely, I think the hands/arms look kind of off? The bed and background look super off. Did the artist draw over a CG image?

It's like the artist downloaded the bg. Added a blur and drew Calli over it

Also Calli was rotoscoped over an actual person posing.
