anyone could remind me what training did enterprise mention? I only remember little Akagi having a roll call in Union base, and nothing else regarding training

My understanding is that enterprise is teaching her how to be a fleet flagship. The role of leadership, interacting with all of the big wigs at the highest levels in the other factions. Problem resolution, hell she is going to conferences with the admiralty. She is learning how to be a leader not a soldier.

Pretty much this. She looks to be being brought along and trained in the ways of fleet command. Remember, Amagi told Enterprise that she cannot teach her how to use her rigging due to how the SE carrier doctrine and technology works. It's meant to be paired, and SmolKagi has no one to pair with. So it seems to me Big E is teaching what she can teach from experience; fleet command.
