the artist might have been going for that stule

but IF the artist was going for a mizuki-style 4koma, he/she might have made the lines a bit more sharper and leave out the small details

then add the light color streaks on the hair as seen on post #3397545 in panel 2 and 3, and make the shape of the chatbox a long-hexagonal shape (something like a hexagonal plant cell) but with the corners smoothened out
