YF-192 MANTLE

Wanted to do a Valkyrie that fit somewhere around after the events of Macross Plus, to get that pre-F22 Teen-series fighter jet feeling, don't think I quite got there but hey, just consider it a mashup of the VF-19 and VF-21.

Two Seater, just how big is this thing compared to a normal valkyrie?

A "skeleton" design like this could be an interesting twist. Lightweight and used mainly for espionage and surveillance missions, as well as for hit-and-run tactics.

I don't think it'd necessarily be that much bigger than other VFs, Delta Flight's 31s were two seaters so they could carry Walkure around when necessary (eg. the scene where Hayate takes Freyja flying over the ocean). I think the 25 might've also had a secondary seat, but I don't remember exactly so I could be wrong there.
