We all know that already. And none of it contradicts anything NWSiaCB said. Pixiv's TOS (the English version, at least) grants a lot of leeway to artists when it comes to how censor bars are applied, and it certainly doesn't require censorship to this degree. Otherwise there would be a lot less stuff like post #734421 on the site.
