I don't think Incise Soul releases any GIFs on his website. He might just occasionally put one up on 2chan or someone is copying the wireframe style for his faces.

the animated gifs on his site are normally linked by a little face or something at the bottom of the page. Not all the pictures have em, but a few, like this tifa render, do :D
