Actually, she does wear long sleeves in one of the games.

Edited the tags. I think I removed all the extra ones and added everybody who was missing (what's more, I solved the mystery of the blue haired girl by checking pixiv - it's Sariel. She's wingless in this version, so it was harder to tell.) It's sort of weird that Sai made a Kotohime like this but didn't put it in this group. I guess there wasn't the right number of long-sleeved touhous to fit her on a row...?
