I think it's implying that they don't plan on having children (ie it's dirty talk), and that Eula is joking that they might forget that in the heat of passion, so she will intercede before Diluc actually creampies Jean.

To me it's more like Diluc wants to impregnate Jean so she doesn't overwork herself. But Eula doesn't want Jean to actually retire, so she'll try to prevent Diluc creampieing Jean (or maybe tries to make him cum outside first so his cum becomes more watery thus reducing the chance of pregnancy?), since Jean is submissive to Diluc
