Good to know that someone's still trying to force gender identity to a fictional character. There's a visible bulge down there, isn't that enough to say Najimi (at least in this picture) was a boy?

Najimi canonically flip-flops what gender they are and even now their gender isn't officially confirmed. So no, a "bulge" isn't enough. Ambiguous gender fits here. Even R18 Najimi artwork takes care in not showing the front at all keeping it ambiguous there as well.
Rule is always 'tag what you see'. I see bulge, I put 1boy on the tags and not 1other because it's biological gender first, then other kind of gender. Also, there's no indication whatsoever in canon manga material or otherwise that Najimi identify as Non-Binary. Najimi's gender is [Najimi].
Exceptions to TWYS have always existed for otoko_no_ko and other characters whose canonical sex doesn't match their appearance. This is true even when they're drawn with unmistakable sex characteristics like ikemeru19's OC and his obvious breasts, so the presence of a modest bulge changes nothing here.
Also, nonbinary is an umbrella term that, by its very definition, includes all genders outside of the traditional male/female binary. Stating that "Najimi's gender is Najimi" while simultaneously maintaining that they aren't nonbinary is such a self-contradictory position that it's impossible to take you seriously.

Again, there's biological gender and gender identity. The term 'binary and nonbinary' applies to gender identity, and not biological gender. Najimi's gender is [Najimi] as in, 'there's a third biological gender especially for this character' joke, such as applied to Kinoshita in BakaTest.

To me it seems more like you wouldn't recognise LGBT+ positive behaviour if it jumped at you. Ever heard of something called a metaphore?
