For those who do not play gbf, Galleon's raid/solo quest mechanic is that she does not attack normally but readies special attacks that she choreographs by raising her arm and then smacks you with it. However it is rather easy to interrupt these attacks if you are prepared and/or strong enough, and if you do, she lowers her arm back down.

Basically if you play efficiently, whole fight boils down to you bullying her and her raising her arm up and down and not being able to do just about anything.
