Isn't this Asmodeus? Astaroth's horns curve inward, while Asmodeus's horns point up. At least this is how it was shown in other posts of Asmodeus that i have seen here.

I'm not so sure, both Asmodeus and Astaroth have different outfits than this one. This variation has popped up quite a few times now.
