Seems more likely it's something where the artist just draws a bunch of lines to represent pubes, so if they were blonde, they'd be invisible, so the artist just draws them all black.

Yep, she's currently the only graduated Vtuber who's character was not officially retired, and her youtube channel and twitter page are still up but inactive. She's also still an active character in the hololive alternative project. So if she ever wants to return everything is still there for her to slide right back into her place in HoloFantasy.
