Different people have different opinions on what constitutes as grotesque.

This isn't exactly my kind of thing either, but I've seen worse things posted. Everyone has their fetishes and there's enough room on this site for all of them. If you don't like it, just look at something you do like. It's not like there's any shortage of other material to look at. XD

I agree, I hate scat/piss and guro, you can easily not look at these things by tweaking your preferences.

As for this picture, I've seen MUCH worse, hell, this is even tasteful.
