You know, I might be wrong here, but she sort of seems like a personification of Bahamut from the Final Fantasy games. Or maybe I'm just seeing things.
well it would be a way more epic personification then the child in ffx but her hairstly looks more like ff8 tiamat from tail and wings also the dragon on the staffs loke more like tiamat tiamat was always a black dragon (so far i know) while behamut was changing colors one more thing considering how shini this pic is i think tahts no blush only some ligth reflections
