To be honest there is a big similarity between Akagi and Wakamo (nuts over sensei/commander) but Wakamo is seriously likes wrecking havoc and is "removed" from her school while Akagi is loyal to her faction (despite the questionable stuff) and gets along with others... most of the time.

You mean the time she ruined the valentine chocolate day for all other Sakura ships or the time that she made Amagi cry?

She kinda OP in Blue Archive, she can summon aircraft to do aerial bombing.

It's not aircraft but a stolen cruise missile.
Anyway from her bio, she is just one of the 7 "prisoners" that are likely as dangerous as her. I can only image what kind of danger they pose to put them in "detention"

Judging from the only two students that (almost) were sent to the Corrections Bureau, their danger types seem seems to be all over the place. While Wakamo's aggressive and destructive, we also have the prodigious hacker that almost got sent to the Bureau (but couldn't because she's ex-Seminar), Koyuki, whose danger stems from her ability to be able to break through just about any form of encryption.
