Any health science post on the dangers of melted chocolate against the skin and nipples?
Outside of burns due to temperature, none really. I assume it’s the same as pouring hot wax or any other hot liquid on yourself. I remember a story of someone pouring melted gummy bear on themselves due to lack of chocolate for sex related reasons and stuff but it ending badly since, gummies has bad melting and solidifying properties.
There’s also talk of people taking chocolate baths before claiming its good for the skin but yeah, nothing really that bad.

You can lower the melting point of chocolate by adding milk or heavy cream. And some chocolate has inherently low melting point (milk chocolate and white chocolate, for example, starts melting at 26 degree celcius, which seems to match what's used here.) so it's relatively safe.
And no, chocolate bath doesn't mean you're bathing in pure chocolate. You add chocolate powder and cocoa solids to the bath water...
