Not being deeply familiar with the series, what little I do know makes this come off as horrifying.
2B is holding a fish; although it doesn't look that much like a mackerel, it may be meant to be one (and mackerel are deadly poison to androids).
And A2 is holding a cube that is probably an android's black box. Who did she kill (or whose corpse did she loot) to get it?
Reimagined in human terms, this seems like it's very roughly equivalent to 2B holding a heart-shaped box with purple Food of Doom fumes wafting from it, and A2 holding a human heart.
