Ghost girl seems to already exist; just needs to be populated more.

It keeps getting manually nuked because people keep populating it with Pokémon and canon characters. You can see from the existing tagged images that it's being mostly used for canon.
We do have a ghost tail tag, but it's not gonna be useful for a character like this.
