Third panel, Tama: "Kuma is much more of a *neko* than Tama, nya"
Third panel, Kuma: "Iya, it's embarrassing to hear that from Tama..."
Third panel, Ooi: "Eh??? What do you mean?"
Fourth panel, Tama: "Tama is more of a *tachi*, nya~"

In this case, it's a pun. "Neko" means "cat", but is also gay and lesbian slang for a submissive. "tachi" is the opposite. Which is also why Kitakami and Ooi get it instantly, but Kiso's clueless.
