I had always assumed she was antagonistic towards seija due to the incident the girl pulled but nope, seems eirin is just like this.

I think Eirin is jealous that she got no one in her life and with her age being old af, she's essentially seeing all these kids getting married, having kids, and being happy. While she is old and alone, but still hot and probably never been on a date where she didn't ruin it with medical knowledge and scary shit.

That or she hates pregnancies/babys.
