I think somewhere it's stated she's either 16 or 18. depending on the minimum age for joining the Knights is.

I find it funny when we judge every single fictional world by the laws of our respective countries or assume what we have in our knowledge is common knowledge or even fact in worlds where that makes no sense.

there's no minimum age for joining knight for example Klee is a Kid, Diluc is captain of calavery when he's only 14 year old, Noelle first test is around 12 years old, etc.
