Just google translating the artist commentary and just a quick Google search, I'm guessing this is a reference to the supposed "Rape Camp" that Russia and Russian-backed separatists claim the Azov Battalion created in the Ukrainian city of Krasnoarmeisk (now Pokrovsk). The claims state the Azov battalion performed mass rape and mutilation of young women there, with hundreds of women missing, and nearly 300 young women found in a mass grave. They also claim that the camp was created by orders from CIA/NATO special forces in Eastern Ukraine, and that it was of course funded by the United States under orders from the Obama administration.
Lmao a member of the 50 Cent Army. If you don't know, their directives are:
(1) To the extent possible make America the target of criticism. Play down the existence of Taiwan. (2) Do not directly confront [the idea of] democracy; rather, frame the argument in terms of "what kind of system can truly implement democracy.” (3) To the extent possible, choose various examples in Western countries of violence and unreasonable circumstances to explain how democracy is not well-suited to capitalism. (4) Use America's and other countries' interference in international affairs to explain how Western democracy is actually an invasion of other countries and [how the West] is forcibly pushing [on other countries] Western values. (5) Use the bloody and tear-stained history of a [once] weak people [i.e., China] to stir up pro-Party and patriotic emotions. (6) Increase the exposure that positive developments inside China receive; further accommodate the work of maintaining [social] stability.
An interesting part of this, is Ukraine is now stating the Russian troops are doing the very things that the Russians have been accusing the Azov Battalion of doing. Given the images, videos, journalist reports, and testimony from locals, it sadly does sound like the Russian troops really are doing some extremely horrific things.

For all the people, who were eager to downvote the post only due to the language
Comments in another language than english are most of the time downvoted, because the most users are from an english speaking country or do speak english. Comments in another language are discouraged, because most people won't understand them.
Most people don't downvote the comment because of the message, but because they won't use goggle translate etc. just for danbooru comments.

No wonder why you added tag Schindler's List. But is it actually mandatory to add move title copyright tag when there is a subtle reference of a movie scene?
Edit: Seriously? You simply downvote others who ask honest questions like this as if it is not an acceptable, rule-breaking behaviour? What a weird place I am here.

Well, IDK if it's an obligation, but wouldn't it help those who don't know the original movie or those who don't see this artwork for the first time?

Yes. It’s almost as if anything shown in a picture/video on Danbooru should have one in the tag list. Oh wait!
