Well, the P4's Japan/NA delay was about 6 months, but I think the announcement was much earlier, so release here for that game was a foregone conclusion. They have yet to say anything re P3P, so we don't know how it'll go.
Also, word is that P4 sold less than expected in the US, so the numbers for a PSP enhanced port of a game most people already bought twice before...well...
