True, but after you put Haruhi in the role of Asuka then he has to be Shinji. I'm thinking the choices Mikuru and Tsuruya are more questionable, and the butt/hip implant on Haruhi...

I think Mikuru is okay. I mean Mikuru has the largest cup size in SHnY, and Misato does in . Although I think she might be a better shinji sometimes. Being scared and confused all the time.
Then again, you can't always fit characters from different series, as there isn't some base for characters that you have to have in anime. And Tsuruya's Ritsuko....I don't even think that should be in there. They're totally not alike at all.

Actually, Tsuruya-san would fill Misato's part better then Mikuru, I think.
As for Mikuru, she doesn't really fit any NGE character very well, I think, but Mikuru as Ritsuko wouldn't be as stretched as Mikuru as Misato (who don't have anything in common at all). At least, both Mikuru an Ritsuko are contemplative and reserved.
