a white shirt and over it she wears suspenders that hold up her skirt, and over her skirt she wears her apron.
I swear that every time I see other images of other artists I get confused, I can't figure out if this character has a blue dress with a hole in the chest.
there are times when I think she wears one of those aprons that covers the chest and has straps on top, flattening the whole apron.
quite confusing to me, except in this image, it's quite clear here.
