Are you sure that's not just motion blur? It looks to me like it is the same pair at different points in the thrust.

Yeah, pretty sure those are the same pair of testicles, otherwise penetration would be impossible here.

Not to mention this is the second image in a set of four, and she very clearly doesn't have testicles in the other three.
