It looks scaled reasonably to me. It probably looks off to you because there is nothing but the telephone pole to compare to, and things that are never up close like that are hard to establish accurate sizes for. The circuit box looks appropriately sized though, and the pole's not unreasonable.

Parts of it seem reasonably scaled to me, but the wires next to her hand and her leg look very small. Wires around my house tend to be at least a couple finger widths, not slightly less than a pinky...

Do you live in Japan...? I couldn't say for sure how big the wires are around there.

You don't need to LIVE in Japan to have seen it. Telephone wires there look pretty damn normal. Hardly surprising, think about how long telephone service has been around, there isn't that much divergence by now. Yeah they're unrealistically thin, but then who cares no one made an issue of stuff like her head and neck looking a bit off...
If that's the case, this is tagged wrong. The "Transformers" tag refers exclusively to the alien robot franchise. For the electrical ones, "Transformer" will suffice. Fixing the tags.
