Do we know the color of her anything? Is it even a question that makes sense for a character that has canonically never been opaque?
Well, if we're being technical, her face was partially visible exactly once, so whenever the animation gets there we'll know for sure. I suspect she's probably bleached white with even more bleached white hair, much like Accelerator from Index, due to the fact that both of them repel sunlight and as a result don't produce melanin (although the #1 Level 5 makes himself visible consciously)
