The wiki for guro notes "extreme graphic violence", and this image doesn't really fall into that area, in my opinion.

I'm no guro guru, though, so I may be wrong.

The only thing that bothered me at all was the missing eye, but I now that I look it, it's not that bad as I first thought it to be.

If you look closely, you'll see that it isn't that her eye is missing, it's just that there are some red glows in it
You can see the outline of her pupil under the glows.
