The gun appears to be an Arisaka rifle, likely a Type 99 model. The etching on the stock is not standard. Likely a customization. It also appears to have a scope attached, and a standard shoulder strap.

Looks more like an M1903.

The bolt definitely looks more like an Arisaka than an M1903. And the brass clip & silver-colored bullets say "7.7x58mm Type 99" to me. Either that or Turkish 8mm Mauser ammo, but that's definitely not a Mauser bolt either.

It kinda look like a mash up between a Chilean Mauser and a Remington 700 to me

The metal extending that far back from the trigger guard is definitely an Arisaka feature. The two piece stock required it. I'm saying sporterized Arisaka.

Hey at least you have the model that has ammo thats rather easy to find. 6.5x50mm cost a arm and a leg (if I even find it)
