Get used to it, it seem to happen very often on Danbooru. I saw a page of a Touhou comic who got translated and everything, 11 people still "didn't like it enough to approve it".

I blame myself for being distracted and didn't see that Pencils posted a new page and when I did someone without unrestrict already uploaded it.

And the only reason I did is because it was 6 days since it got uploaded to the artist's sites.

So is this going to eventually be fixed and added or should we go to other sites to read this good comic?

You could still read it here, deleted/unapproved posts are still visible, and I doubt RIGperu would stop uploading the rest just because one page went unapproved.
