On a scale of "belt to la chancla", where is clothes hanger?
Probably a little closer to la chancla... depending on how you're beat with it. Twisted up is closer to belt, but unwound is definitely treading close to warcrimes.
Chainsaw cat, orbital kitty, and flamethrower gremlin must be among the worst offenders when it comes to collateral damage.
iirc, as Elite Operators, Blaze and Rosmontis are specifically only approved for missions when collateral damage is an acceptable outcome. You send them out expecting buildings to crumble, they are your nuke button.

Ifrit however has no excuse.
Ifrit does what Ifrit pleases, and she will most gladly burn you and everything in a district of 200 meters around her down to simply ashes, so you could say, she is the mother of nukes, if you want something down at all costs, and give a damn about collateral damage.

There's also the possibility of the orca and the shark in that list.
Also I like the insinuation that the reason why the Elite Operators are at that level is because Gwenpa could go toe to toe with them even for his age.
That feeling that he can go so far as to out-ghost both Red and Phantom of all his shadow operatives is scary

You should see when Gwenpa blocked a helmsplitter strike from Kaltsit using Skadi's sword using his bare hand.

How do you unwind a coat hanger like that?
Edit: Also, teary-eyed Blaze clinging to Gwenpa in the last panel is frigging adorable.
