Odd, I feel rather what about all this. The individual elements aren't particularly confusing, but taken as a whole...

I got what Marisa and Eirin are, but not sure what Okuu's supposed to be.

Marisa reminds me of that fat dude from Megaman battle network, the one with guts man. Mostly the lips,lol.
Eirin is the...*Cough*Mono Lisa. Probably trying to say she is really old.
Okuu is....well....A hell raven.

Not that I see the grey parts as a beak, I get either some oldschool cartoon (as in, rubber band school of animation) vibe or a Drinky Bird (or some other [as] thing) one.

Heh, I didn't notice those gray parts till they were pointed out. I kept looking at the head part and thinking it was something totally different.

Kinda puts me in mind of Earthworm Jim.
