I think this is beautiful. Could someone explain to me the purpose of Pixiv Blog? For instance, the reason this uncensored version was uploaded to it while only the censored version was uploaded to the artist's Pixiv gallery.

I think there is some rule in japan that you can't "make" these with out it being censored or they felt there was no need to put two so similar just a guess however...
Some sites I've seen uncensore the image just because... The first image was censored then my guess is some one else "uncensored it" which could be why the censored version is on their blog, of course the original artist could have done it too due to how popular the censored version was.
Japan law kinda requires that porn for export be censored, but this doesn't have to adhere to those rules, since it isn't really for export. I guess it's just personal choice based on culture.
