Don't let what people say discourage you. There are quite a lot of fans for Cross Edge out there. I, myself, am one. It's a great game with a steep learning curve and high difficulty, so most people are either afraid or are not willing to commit to it. If you give it a chance you'll find a lot of substance and heart to it, and you'll find 100+ hours worth of content waiting for you. Hopefully NIS America will release the 360 version as well for those who don't own PS3s.
