nah, Sanae is checking the fridge in the first panel, and look at that, it's empty. It seem Kogasa couldn't stop herself, but considering she hadn't eaten anything in who knows how long, I think it's to be expected she was hungry.

Yeah, it's not as if she common eats as much as Yuyuko does.
