Actually no. Human adults can't process breast milk. REALLY bad idea.
What!? Are you 12 or did you not go to school? It's mamalian milk, humans are not somehow "special" you know? I drank gallons of breastmilk from my wife when whe was pregnant, across three pregnancies.

Late, but another thing to note. Yes for those with lactose intolerance, it doesn’t process well. If we’re talking about western adults then most will be just fine as lactose intolerance isn’t as common. In Japan nine out of ten people are lactose intolerant. So for the dude there has a high chance it would indeed be a bad idea (keep in mind though if in the anime, of which I’ve never watched, he drinks cow milk at some point, then he should be lactose tolerant.)

Oh no, they absolutely can. In fact, thinking about it reminded me of that one death 1000 Ways to Die showed where a particularly disgusting man ends up dying after being beaten up by a group of moms that took fighting exercise lessons. But what actually killed him was the breast milk that he snatched and sprayed into his mouth, which had peanuts laced with it because of the moms' diet, which he was found to be deathly allergic to.

You'd have to be lactose intolerant (aka not drink any milk from a mammal for a extended period of time), but otherwise it's not that harmfull... as long as it was drank with consent
