    Hang in There, Kogasa-san #3821

    I've gotten to the point where, even when I pick up candy at the convenience store, I look at the calorie listing and think, "The enemy!" Recently, on top of ending my diet, I've been burning over 700 kcal per trip to the sports center, so I eat it without worry. :-)

    Well, I say that, but I don't wolf them down as much as I used to.

    Seems like instead of dieting, maybe he should investigate an entire change of diet under a dietician. Difficult but all food questions are difficult.

    Inspired to this by recently reading online, a book by one such:

    Now I certainly don't endorse all of his thoughts, but it's interesting as a life-story, valuable and suggestive. Of course differences of available income and available foods make pronouncements ludicrous, but I reckon something that cuts down on his need for sugar might help [ without the pain of withdrawal ].
