Hmm, as far as tagging characters go, there seems to be a fine line between "you can see them" to "tiny cameo". For instance. If someone was looking up the tag Yukari and the pic itself had Reimu talking to Marisa and there was a book on the ground with Yukari's image on it.I wouldnt think someone looking up Yukari tags would be looking for an image like that.
I guess what i'm getting at is how much of the pic does the character take up.
I think I follow you. You don't suppose it'd be worth starting a general forum topic on tagging characters in cases like these to hear what others have to say on the subject?
Knock yourself out. Not sure though if it may have already been brought up. I only been to the forums like once or twice. I remember having this similar thing going on in a persona 4 pic. The pic only really showed 2 characters but there was a slight cameo of a previous game character in the form of a tiny magazine in the corner. It was suggested we not add the tag for that character since anyone looking for him through the tags would find that pic worthless to their search.

Actually, in my opinon tagging characters that barely appear in the picture can sometimes bring out things you wouldn't expect. Like finding a series you didn't know of by viewing a picture with X characters reading a comic of that series... though it is something like stated above, you will be able to find the series, and maybe enjoy it. Some other times, it can lead to people finding epic pictures they actually love, that they otherwise wouldn't.
