There is no rule against uploading your own work, its not that welcome since people may overvalue its own work.
Also the image is a decent upload overall, so i see no problem with this upload.

Is that Times new Roman I Spy???? IT BURNS MY EYES!!!! its the lazy mans font!!! other than that, is good.

I recommend heading to this thread for help and advice in editing, people are much more open there.

As for the image itself, I strongly advise against using default document fonts for editing. Center-alignment is also recommended. "Anime Ace" is a good default font, as is "Wild Words".

Just don't upload hard translations. The original is already uploaded (and translated) and the original is always superior. And if the original is not here, better upload the original rather than a translated version.
