One day, a man visits Kelsey for medical treatment. Dr. Kelsey, feeling tired from a particularly hard day's work, roughly prescribes a drug, but the drug is a special stimulant that Waparin had hidden away. The man complains of pain as his penis erects above the limit. She recommends self-preservation, but the pain only gets worse without effect, and Kelsey herself decides to help him out, just in case. However, the man, who had built up a grudge against Kelsey's attitude and the current situation earlier in the day, attacks Kelsey with a mind of his own that he doesn't mind. Kelsey, panicked, tries to subdue the man, but as soon as she admits that she is responsible, Kelsey gives herself up to the man.
