Well, here's an explanation, this image was posted on pixiv apparently, the big problem is that nobody left the correct source, instead they always post it with the link to the artist's profile.
I went to the artist's profile and didn't find the illustration, so I think it was deleted.
I searched with several reverse search engines but could not find the exact image, maybe the image is cropped.
