There's a series of these for various fairy tales. Ran in Yuri Hime (I think).

yeah, there was one very famous Red Ridding Hood and the Bad Wolf, the cover being very well known with the Wolf girl pulling Red onto her lap.

There was also a Red oni Blue oni tale too. Actually, there were so many short stories

There were also versions of the Little Mermaid, Kaguya-hime, and a few others done as well. Lilicious has a number of them translated.
