I think Cow Girl is inaccurate. Cow girls aren't so muscular. Plus she's wearing native american dress. I believe it might be more accurate to label her as "Bison Girl" or "Buffalo Girl".. Or you could even say "Buffalo Gal" x3 Won'tcha come out tonight?
The coloring is nice, and it doesn't look terrible, but the abs looks kinda weird, as do the forearms. The picture in general looks a bit odd. But that's only my opinion. I could see it being approved, I just personally wouldn't fav it.

The tag on pixiv says she's cowgirl, therefore she is cowgirl.

Except it's still red bordered, and marked as being flagged for deletion. How is that 'back in the mod queue'?
Even assuming that means another mod has to also unapprove it for it to be deleted, just accidentally approving a picture that is good doesn't require marking it for being deleted. Even if it *was* a mistake, if you have no strong feelings against it, why not just *leave it*?

Because it is back in the mod queue. The only thing special about a flagged post is the red border and the reason for flagging. Otherwise a flagged post is treated exactly the same in the mod queue as if it were a newly uploaded pending post.

Janitors are explicitly instructed to only approve things they personally like, not merely everything they don't dislike. There's a crucial difference between the two. A lot more mediocre art would get through if janitors approved everything they thought was 'not bad', rather than everything they thought was good.
'Whoops, I accidentally approved a good picture, oh well, DELETED'?
What the hell is up with this place and it's deletion-happiness? Muscles aren't my thing, but it's a good drawing.

I was the one that approved, unapproved and approved it once more. I accidentally approved when I was trying to click the "Recent Changes" link a top the page, it just didn't catch my interest.
