I think it already settled due to Onikabuto is static, and scarab moves around.

True, just like crystalflies, so it might not be included for Nahida's skill.

That may be so, but Scarabs are hard enough to farm already due to how unreliable the map is. Those damn underground tunnels!

Also Scarabs don't shine like any other materials which makes it so infuriating to find.

Good thing I already farmed up enough to max out Cyno.

Now we just hope that Alhaitham and Deyha don't use them as ascension materials.
