ฺ์ฺBecause ADTRW sucks, they realized that they're not good enough for those projects so they dropped it. Okay, let's be serious... Dropped project licensed somewhere in the world so they dropped it.
ADTRW is not really an organized group, it's just "hey this looks interesting and no one is translating it I bet we could do it" and of course people get bored with things after a while and move on.
We have no "group projects", only projects that one person does. When they get bored, they stop. I don't want to get involved in anything with "scene" in the name or politics, so I never attempt to recruit anyone.
Also, we have no interest in ever doing something at the same time as another group. If AnY or C1 or whoever is going to do something, they can have it.
The politics is really ridiculous in fansubbing and scanlating is fucking NUTS. I don't think most people realize it. I'm glad my group is tiny and low on everyone's radar, and doing things no one else would even think of.
